Album Review: The Weeknd's album 'After Hours'
After the long anticipation, The Weeknd finally released his album ‘After Hours’ and it lived up to expectations. After listening to his 3 singles off the project, then his full project, you can tell that this was something that took him some time. The project came together perfectly, as tracks essentially complimented one another. He had no features, as it was a full length album that consisted of 56 minutes and 17 seconds with 14 tracks.

Out of the three singles, I believe Blinding Lights was the best one, however I do still enjoy the other two singles, Heartless & After Hours. The beat selection throughout the whole project was immaculate and The Weeknd did his usual thing with his vocals. It was overall a great project and definitely lived up to all expectations. In addition to all the praise for the audio, the production on all the visuals were perfectly directed for the aesthetic of the album.
We can expect a lot of sales from ‘After Hours’, especially due to the pandemic and him being one of few that released this week, as well as a lot of citizens in their homes.
