Artist To Watch: Bigga Don Out of Trenton, New Jersey
After releasing his hit track “Party Lit” (feat Fiz Baby), Bigga Don is one of Controlled Sounds’ top artists to watch in 2020. The two brothers compliment each other's talents & flows on the track, showing their versatility on each of their verses. The 20-year-old artist has been writing since he was 9 years old, however, the first time in a studio was about two years ago. He has great vocals with smart wordplay, and you can hear the emotion he puts into his tracks.
He said that it was his first track ‘Wave’ that truly put him on, and got people listening. After that, his track ‘Love Lost’ was the track that solidified his movement. Love lost has almost racked up half a million views on Youtube, watch both music videos to ‘Wave’ & ‘Love Lost’ below.
Bigga Don gives similar vibes of other large artists like Lil Tjay & Pnb Rock, but he is still able to maintain a distinctive sound & flow. PBM, his label, and Upstate Groove has done a great job with all the production that has gone into all of his visuals recently. He said that he always looked up to Eminem & lil wayne, when he was growing up, he said they really motivated him.
Bigga Don said that his little brother Fiz Baby is up next, and is ready to blow. He says that him and Fiz Baby have a lot more collaborations coming.
