Pooh Shiesty's 'Shiesty Season' First Week Sales
Pooh Shiesty first week sales are in at an impressive 65 thousand units with over 1300 being pure album sales. These numbers already put the 1017 artist at a high caliber recording artist as most artists in the Hip Hop industry can’t pull off 50 thousand units, let alone 65.
Pooh Shiesty and his team did a great job on the promotion of this album, especially during a pandemic for a breakout artist - it is very difficult to do due to the lack of promotional opportunities compared to prior to COVID-19. However, Pooh Shiesty released great singles leading up to the album and great visuals to pair with the records.
He kicked off the year with Back In Blood, which was shot by Jerry Productions then released Guard Up. Right before the album released, Shiesty released Neighbors as his last single of the album and dropped another music video to pair with the track.

Pooh Shiesty earned his spot up with the biggest names in the music industry, not just Hip Hop, landing himself at 4 across all categories along with Morgan Wallen, The Weeknd, Foo Fighters, Lil Durk, Pop Smoke and more. Shiesty Season was able to sell 65,405 units total first week with a breakdown of: 1,324 Pure album sales, 483 TEA (Track Equivalent Album), and an impressive 63,618 SEA(Streaming Equivalent Album) sales.
After the release of the album, Shiesty released more visuals for fans with his music video for See Red, where he was able to rack up over 1.8 million views in just 3 days.
